Item in stock
If the desired item is in stock, your order will be processed quickly. Generally, the package will be sent to you within one to two business days and often the same day. You will be notified of any additional delay by email if your order is processed in more than 2 business days.
Special orders
Each product is handmade. Production times may vary depending on the desired item, but I undertake to process and send your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be processed according to order volume. You will be notified of delivery times by email once you have placed the order. Or, you can write to me to find out about the manufacturing and delivery times before placing your order.
Pickup
It is possible, when checking out, to choose the Pickup option for people in the Rimouski region and surrounding areas.
No postage will be charged. Once the order has been processed, I will contact you by email to set up a time for you to pick up your order at the workshop. The address will be provided to you in the email.

General Information
shipping costs are calculated based on your region. All delivery charges, including those paid for returning an item, are non-refundable.
Depending on your region, you should allow between 1 to 7 business days to receive your order. For some regions, allow 9 business days. However, it is possible that Purolator, Canada Post or GLS may experience delays, this situation is unfortunately beyond our control (pandemic, statutory holidays). You will receive a tracking number to follow your order for delivery.
An order whose shipping address differs from the billing address and orders deemed doubtful may be subject to certain verifications.
