Refund Policy
Returns / Exchanges
Our return policy is 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You are responsible for shipping costs for returns.
We only accept returns on orders for in-stock items . All custom orders are considered final sales unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days (depending on the bank you bank with).
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time before manufacturing of the items contained therein begins. All you have to do is contact me by email at meshapartcrochet@gmail.com to cancel.
Changes
Your order can be modified before the start of making your items. Contact us by email at meshapartcrochet@gmail.com to request a modification to your order.
Return procedures
After receiving authorization for your return, we will send you a return label for your package. Place the item in the same packaging as the shipment if possible. If not, in a postal envelope or box large enough not to damage it, then follow the instructions provided for return. During your refund, if applicable, the initial shipping costs, in addition to the return shipping costs, will be deducted from you. The processing time for a return once delivered to us is 2 working days.

Of course, if the error comes from our side, we will be happy to put everything back in order at no cost to you.
